Michael Polk Appointed Interim CEO of Implus Corporation
DURHAM, N.C. — Implus Corporation has announced a significant leadership transition with
the appointment of Michael Polk as its Interim Chief Executive Officer. Polk
steps in during a period of strategic evolution for the company, which has
experienced substantial growth under previous leadership.
Michael Polk’s extensive background in the consumer products sector will be
pivotal for Implus. Before joining Implus, Polk served as the President and CEO
of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. His leadership roles at Unilever, Kraft,
and The Procter & Gamble Company further underscore his expertise.
Additionally, Polk is a member of the Boards of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive
Company and Logitech International.
Dave Bordeau, Chairman of the Implus Board of Directors, expressed confidence in Polk’s
