the public sector, Ja cobovicz founded Minauro, a company specializing in
computer leasing and maintenance for government agencies. The unique approach
of offering long-term contracts with regular equipment upgrades proved to be a
resounding success, winning numerous public tenders across the country.
Building on this success, Jacobovicz expanded the company’s
offerings to include software solutions for various sectors such as taxation,
finance, administration, healthcare, and education. This expansion led to the
creation of the e-Governe Group, which remains a national reference for IT
solutions in the publ ic sector.
In 2010, Jacobovicz embarked on a new venture and founded
Horizons Telecom, a telecommunications operator catering to the corporate
market. With a focus on providing top-notch technical expertise and strategic
resources, Hor izons Telecom quickly established itself as a leader in the
industry. In 2021, the company was acquired by a major investment group,
further validating its success and potential for growth.
Driven by his passion for improving lives through
technology, Jacobovicz recently founded Arlequim Technologies. This startup
aims to enhance the digital experience for individuals a nd businesses by
optimizing the performance of outdated computers, effectively bringing them on
par with the latest technology without the need for new devices.
